Good things take a little time! Our team needs 1-3 business days to carefully prepare and pack your new buddy. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days to reach your doorstep.

The moment your NapNap friend starts their journey, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to stalk their trip all the way to your home!

Absolutely! Everyone deserves a good hug. We offer worldwide shipping so our plushies can travel anywhere they are needed.

Don't panic! Email us at support@napnapclub.com as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we can fix it for you. Once it’s shipped, unfortunately, we can't change the destination.

We want it to be love at first squeeze! If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, your plushie must be in its original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Just drop us an email at support@napnapclub.com with your order number, and our friendly team will guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We inspect every friend before they leave, but travel can be bumpy! If your plushie arrives with any defects, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Life gets messy! For minor spills, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, gently hand wash them or use a delicate machine cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry only! Please don't put them in the dryer, or they might get dizzy and lose their extreme softness.

100% Yes! We use ultra-premium, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic fabrics. They are perfectly safe to be your late-night pillow or daily stress-relief squeeze.

We love our planet! All our plushies are stuffed with 100% recycled materials. So when you hug a NapNap, you're giving the Earth a little hug, too.
